About the event

'Gunditjmara voices: a strategic document for waterways' will outline Gunditjmara self-determined waterway priorities. The workshop will involve informal conversations about what pareeyt means to you, stories and special places, threats facing pareeyt and actions that should be taken to care for pareeyt.

The workshop will be facilitated by Erin O'Donnell from the University of Melbourne. Erin has worked with Gunditj Mirring in the past, particularly with development of the Gunditjmara Nation Statement which appears in the Water is Life document.
